Cindy Pawlcyn’s Wood Grill & Wine Bar brings to south St. Helena classic American fare that has made her Mustards Grill and Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen Napa Valley legends. Nicknamed CP’s, the menu showcases Pawlcyn’s inimitable talent for fresh, tantalizing American Wine Country comfort food with made-from-scratch dishes such as Sweet Crispy Pork Belly, Dad’s House-made Potato Chips with dill dip, Brown Derby Cobb salad, Napa Cab Braised Short Ribs, Niman Ranch Burger with Cindy’s Secret Sauce, and West Coast Crab Roll.

An award-winning wine program features the largest by-the-glass wine list in the Napa Valley as well as the signature ‘Vintner Splash’ on Saturday nights where local boutique vintners share complimentary tastes of their wines. Established by Cindy over 25 years ago, Mustards Grill is a Napa Valley institution. Mustards is well-known for its famed wood-burning grill, as well as its list of “Way Too Many Wines”. Its two-acre organic garden supplies much of the restaurant produce used to create its American Farm-to-Table cuisine. Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen combines a classy supper club with the flair of a speakeasy to create the perfect upscale eatery and neighborhood hang-out. Favorites include the Backstreet Fry and Oysters Pablo, the Chinatown Duck Burger and Mighty Meatloaf. For dessert, enjoy Cindy’s Campfire Pie or Warm Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
