MARCH "OF THE MONTH" IS SAUSAGES...The month of sausage specials returns to CBK all March. Freddy’s green and red chorizo, Cajun andouille, duck sausages, French spring garlic sausages AND MORE. Perhaps an Irish sausage special on one particular day this month?!

ALL OF APRIL...IT'S DUCK
Chef Jim will be busy with new inspirations and classic duck creations. A few he and Cindy have in mind are; duck a l'orange, duck mole enchiladas, duck foie gras with rhubarb, crispy duck leg with salade Lyonnaise, duck schnitzel and more.
