Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen is located in the heart of St. Helena’s historical district.  From Napa, head north on Highway 29 into downtown St. Helena.  Turn right on Hunt Street and take your first left onto Railroad Avenue.  Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen is on the left at 1327 Railroad Avenue.
